Today’s intake:

Breakfast: half a sandwich

Lunch: some sort of soup with carrots, green lettuce and corn salad, a pear (90)

Dinner: a light yoghurt (90), an apple (95) and a pear (90)

Other: an apple (85), 2 rice cakes (50), a chocolate granola bar (53), one table spoon of jam and some cheese spread

I feel like a pig. I’ll go work out now.
